TLScontact

IMPORTANT NEWS

Our cooperation with the Swiss Embassy and Consulates in China is coming to an end.

Since the 1st of September TLScontact is no longer accepting visa applications on behalf of the Swiss missions in China.

Applicants whose applications are currently processed by the Swiss missions can retrieve their passports from TLScontact until the 14th of September. Please follow the status of your application closely.

Passports that have not been picked up until the 14th of September will be returned to the Swiss Embassy or Consulate.

The website and locations of the new service provider for visa applications are published through the website of the Embassy of Switzerland.

TLScontact application procedure, established in conjunction with the Embassy of Switzerland in Beijing, aims to provide the best visa application service. Our aim is to help you to prepare your visa application and assist the Embassy of Switzerland in Beijing in processing applications in a timely manner.

The applications received by TLScontact are transferred to the Embassy or Consulate General of Switzerland, which has the exclusive right and responsibility to deal with the applications, to decide whether to grant or to deny a visa, to request additional information or documents and/or to submit the applications for further decision to the competent migration authorities in Switzerland. TLScontact staff is, therefore, in no way involved in the decision making concerning the visa applications and is at no point informed about their outcome. Passports are returned by the Embassy or Consulate General of Switzerland to the Visa Acceptance Centre in sealed envelopes.
